Not any blade on this mill line: 9/16", 5/8", and 3/4" blades need the 63055/63085/63080 handles — the 63175's slot is cut for 3/8".
Not the flat-sided extension blades served by the 57620/57630/57660/57680 handles — that is a separate family; don't cross them.
And not the traditional-feel or harsh-bench pick — a soft-grip die-cast body is built for fatigue reduction, where the hardwood 63170 is the one for solvent/heat stations and crews who want wood at the 3/8" width.
the handle's safety is the set screws; a 3/8" blade in a curved or pointed profile is unforgiving of a loose clamp. Exposure is live — short for control, longer for reach, re-extended as the blade hones down. Keep the soft grip clean so it keeps doing its fatigue job. Match the family, not just the width — a 3/8" dimension is necessary but not sufficient; confirm the blade pattern is one this handle is built to hold rather than assuming any 3/8" or any extension-blade handle interchanges.

Does it include a blade?
No — the handle only, and note the 3/8" blade it holds is sold on an adjacent line's pages, not this one.
Which blades fit?
3/8"-wide neighbor-line blades — the bevel-/curve-/sharp-/lance-point extension blades and the double-end hook blades (4" × 3/8").
Will a 5/8" or 3/4" mill blade fit?
No — those need the 63055/63085/63080. This handle is keyed to 3/8" only.
Is it the same as the 57620/57630/57660/57680 handles?
No — those are a separate flat-sided handle family for flat-sided blades. Match your specific blade pattern; don't assume 3/8"-class handles interchange.
63175 or 63170?
Both hold a 3/8" blade; neither cuts better. The 63175 (soft grip) is for fatigue and all-day work; the 63170 (hardwood/aluminum) for traditional feel and harsh benches.
