Fill and skim coats — 4 inches is the tape/corner/patch width, and levelling a seam flat is 8"–12" work.
It is also not the last-pass feather-to-zero blade; the extra-flexible ExtraFlex/SuperFlexx tier (e.g. the 6" stainless SuperFlexx™ 06857) is deliberately limper for that.
And though the .055" blade will scrape lightly, it is not a demolition tool.
Use it for what it is: the comfortable, rust-free start of the seam sequence.

Can I embed paper tape with it?
Yes — the 4" in-line joint knife is the tape-coat tool, and the tuned flex helps meter the embed. (See §2a.)
Does it have a Hammer Head® to set popped nails?
Not confirmed on this 4" — the line doc lists Pro Stainless™ Hammer Heads on the 8"/10" only. Don't assume it. (See §3.)
How does it compare to the 06577 and 06571 at 4"?
All three are 4"; this is cushioned, double-hollow-ground stainless; the 06577 is a seamless one-piece stainless; the 06571 is carbon with a Hammer Head. (See §5.)
Will it do fill coats on my seams?
No — 4" is the tape coat; fill and skim are 8"–12". (See §4.)
