Light hands only

The whole skill with an extra-flexible blade is pressure discipline — it is built to leave a film, so a heavy push just scrapes the coat off and prints the blade corners. Let the flex, not force, do the feathering. Angle: low and trailing, so the bowed blade skims. Where it fails: try to bed tape or load fill with it and it folds under the mud — that is a standard-flex knife's job, and reaching for the SuperFlexx™ there is the single most common way to be disappointed by it. Maintenance: stainless, so wash and rack — no drying, no oil; keep the edge square with a mill file. The Hammer Head takes a tap, not a swing.

What does "SuperFlexx" / "30% more flexible" mean for the work?
It is a finishing blade — limp enough to wipe a last coat to nothing and cut your sanding — not a loading or taping blade. (See §1, §2a.)
Can I bed paper tape or load fill with it?
No — it folds under that; use a standard-flex 6" for loading and taping and keep this for the finish pass. (See §4.)
How is it different from the carbon 02872?
Same extra-flex idea, different steel: this is stainless (no rust ritual); the 02872 is carbon (ExtraFlex™ branded) and must be dried. (See §5.)
Does it rust?
No — stainless, .055" blade; wash and rack. (See §3.)
Does it set popped nails?
