Are these the same blades as the 100-packs?

Carbon or stainless steel?
Hyde's claim says "industrial-quality steel" and stops there . Treat the blades as if they can rust: keep them wrapped and dry, wipe one down after wet work if it is staying in service.
Can I scrape a glass cooktop with these?
Yes — §2b is the complete method; it is what appliance makers' own scraper kits do.
Can I use one on car paint?
No. On a vehicle the razor touches glass only, and never a rear defroster grid.
How do I throw a used one away?
Back into its own wrapper, taped, then the trash — or a rigid blade container in a shop. Never loose in a bag.
