  • Step up to a wider blade and head for that.
  • It is also not a pry, not a chisel to be struck, and not an applicator: pull-scraper blades only remove.
  • And it does not fit the wider Lifetime heads — the 1" edge is specific to the 10500.

Sharpen it — high-carbon steel, a mill file, square strokes. That is the whole economy of the Lifetime line.
Why so narrow?
So all your pull-force concentrates into a channel — muntins, sash rebates, spindles — that a wider blade can't enter.
Can I put it in a bigger Lifetime head?
No — the width is specific to the 10500.
Steel or carbide for this size?
This blade is steel; the only narrow carbide in the line is the 7/8" triangular 11160 on the 10600.
