Pull toward you at a steep angle, downforce over the edge

At 2-1/2" the whole edge wants to stay loaded on the work; keep it flat to the surface so pressure spreads across the full width rather than concentrating at a corner, and never answer a tired edge with more downforce — flip or file, because force on a dull edge arrives as chatter and gouges. Keep the pull straight to avoid corner-loading. And the boundary that rides with every paint scraper in this line: assume pre-1978 coats carry lead, work wet and contained, and treat paid disturbance of that paint as certified-firm, RRP-governed work per the scrapers line doc's full section (EPA — Lead RRP Program).

What blade fits it?
The 2-1/2" two-edge 11100, whose catalog claim states "Replacement for HYDE scraper #10520." It is not the four-edge 11130/11135 — those are the 10540's, and same-width is not same-fit .
How is this different from the 10540?
No pull knob and no Hammer Head® inset, 9" instead of 12-1/2", one hand instead of two, and a two-edge blade instead of the 10540's four-edge rough/smooth. Same width, different job.
Do I file it or replace it?
File first — high-carbon steel resharpens in seconds; replace for damage or edges filed past recovery.
Will it handle a whole house?
It can, one-handed; but heavy alligatored build and production pace are the 10540's (or carbide 10620's) job. This is the full-size single-hand tool.
What steel is it?
Heavy-duty high-carbon steel, per Hyde's own description; thickness is published nowhere .
Lead paint?
Assume pre-1978 coats are lead and work under the RRP boundary (section 3).
