Is the pivot really toolless?
The toolless, 180° adjustable handle is Hyde's own documented claim. Set it dry, lock it firm, test before loading.
Can I really paint over my head with it?
Yes, at band-and-patch scale, from a pole, with the head pre-angled — the full method and the honest ladder boundary are in 2a.
Is this the frame for invisible wall touch-ups?
It is the only one here: the 1-1/2" adaptor spins short covers on the wall system's own core, which is what makes patch stipple match the field (2e).
Does it replace the 47401?
