SRT's reservoir is part of what you paid for; keep it in the belly, off the heel. Trust the release — one pass. The filament is built to lay off smooth on the first stroke in fast-dry paint; going back over flashing latex is what creates marks. Set a bead, then draw it with the tapered toe, letting the controlled release flow into the line rather than flooding it. Steady pace over speed — SRT rewards a consistent stroke in fast-flashing paint. Keep it clean to the heel and comb it straight; a finish-grade filament is worth the ten-minute wash that keeps its tips true for years (line-wide care rule). Waterborne is home — SRT is a synthetic built for latex/acrylic; it will move oil but its engineered advantage is a fast-dry-latex story.
