Seat it square
on a 6-inch frame so it spins true — a wide cover mounted crooked prints an uneven edge across a whole panel. De-lint before the first load: even lint-free woven covers carry loose manufacturing fiber; tape-peel or wash-and-spin first. Load damp, work light: a wider cover holds more paint and floods faster when you lean — let the pile deliver it. Lay off one direction: on a 6-inch face the lay-off sets the stipple across a wide band, so keep it even and light. Wash and keep both covers: woven covers reuse — scrape, rinse to clear water, spin, and stand on end so neither develops a flat spot; a 2-pack is two covers to keep, not two to burn.

Why 6 inches?
It covers a cabinet end, a door leaf, or a wainscot bay in one pass where a 4-inch needs two — fewer edges, fewer lap lines (§2a, §2b).
What's 15/32″ next to 3/8″ and 1/2″?
It sits between them and behaves like a slightly thirstier 3/8″ — standard reach, a bit more paint and texture tolerance (§1).
Does a frame come with it?
No — two covers only. Supply a 6-inch frame; the 94003 is the version with a 24-inch long-reach frame (§4, §5).
Why two covers?
Small-surface jobs come in numbers and finish work runs two coats — the pack carries a whole-room run, with a spare against a color change or a bubbled load (§2c).
Cabinet gloss?
Use a 1/4″ or foam cover — 15/32″ leaves stipple a mirror gloss shows (§4).
Reuse them?
Yes — woven covers wash and keep. Scrape, rinse to clear water, spin, dry on end (§3).
