Grip

the handle is bare stainless, comfortable in the hand but firmer than a cushioned grip — expect that trade for the hygiene. Steer by bow: center pressure crowns the joint slightly for sanding; corner pressure feathers an edge to zero. Angle: low to apply, raised to strike level. Cleaning is the whole story: rinse, wipe, and the tool is done — the reason it exists is that there is no crevice to fight. Dress the edge with a file if it dents; stainless holds a clean edge with little attention.
