An 18" cover has no business in a normal cut-up room; that's a 9".
And because the accepted claim set is empty, this page won't sell the cover on specific capacity figures or a stated epoxy/chemistry rating — for a documented industrial or floor cover, the woven 18" (91808) is the honest pick.

What's it best for?
Big, smooth interior walls and ceilings where you want a flat, lap-mark-free finish — the 3/8" smooth-wall nap at production width. Fewer passes, finer result.
91817 or 91818?
Smooth walls → this 3/8"; light texture (orange peel, knockdown) → the 1/2" 91818. The nap decides — feel the wall.
Why 18"?
To flatten the pass count on big open surfaces; it needs an 18" frame and a bucket-grid. Wrong tool for a cut-up room.
Rough walls or masonry?
No — 3/8" microfiber-class bridges texture and tears on abrasive masonry. Go long-nap polyester for rough surfaces.
