I have been using Hyde 5-1 painters tool since 1980. The company has maintained the same quality . The tool is light compact to fit painter pants pockets and with the full steel Tang. So You can hit the butt end with a hammer to remove stubborn trim from caulking etc. other 5-1 without steel Tang , you cannot. They also sharpen well. This anniversary sale was a true value deal.

I think these original 5 in 1 tools are the best! It seems to me that as time goes on, things are made cheaper
( quality wise, not price) this tool is the perfect example. I will only buy Hyde products. Top quality at a fair price.
