Honesty strengthens the standard because it prevents unsupported details from becoming permanent requirements.
Train and qualify without relying on oral tradition
Training should cover:
exact identity/graph boundary;
V-cut versus hook/straight cut species;

fixture and stroke;
defect/hold examples;
end/stock/spent control;
first-piece and revision response.

Qualification belongs to the actual plant process. A person experienced with another V blade or hand knife does not automatically inherit BG391 station approval.
