What it does
MAXXGRIP 4" (102 mm) inside corner tool of flexible stainless steel with a lightweight offset non-slip handle. The fold is set at 103 degrees so it springs tight against both faces of a square corner. The 09411 has the same working ends and a hardwood handle.
How to use it
- Let the spring do the pressing. Use moderate, even hand pressure.
- Pull at a steady walking pace without hesitating.
- Use wet mud only. Re-butter if the bed has stiffened.

Common questions
Do I still need joint knives?
Yes. Knives bed the compound before every pull and feather the wings after.
Why is the fold 103 degrees?
It must close 13 degrees to seat in a square corner. That spring load presses both wing edges tight for the whole pull.
Will it do outside corners?
No. Outside corners need the 83 degree 09425.
Does it work on a vaulted ceiling angle?
No. Angles other than 90 degrees need the rubber 09158.
Need it for a different job?
